Mingquan Summer Melody When it comes to Mingquanju, the impression of the old Cantonese is that it is a "royal forbidden garden". In fact, this wonderful place hidden in the foothills of Baiyun Mountain has long been open to the public. Today, Mingquanju is a modern hotel with luxurious villa residential areas, large banquet function halls and Chinese and Western restaurants. Its unique hardware conditions are second to none in Guangzhou. I was fortunate to be invited to participate in the Michelin four-hand piano dinner of the hotel "Mingquan Summer Melody, Encounter Lingnan". The two chefs who appeared were Chef Chen Jiansheng of Mingquanju Hotel under the hotel group and Chef Lu Zihao of Ersha Island Rose Garden Western Restaurant. Both chefs came from Michelin restaurants. This time, they paid tribute to Cantonese cuisine with Cantonese charm, which also demonstrated Mingquanju's good intentions to take root in the local area.
